My research interests include medical image, computer vision, graph neural network, diffusion, and foundation model.

    • Quantitative Fundus Pipeline: Established a robust and standardized data preparation framework for fundus image analysis.
    • Retinal Foundation Model & Drnoon.Liver: Developed the core foundation model and codebase for 'Drnoon.Liver'.

    • Glaucoma Model Calibration: Designed calibration frameworks to enhance the reliability and uncertainty estimation of diagnostic models.
    • Multi-modal Image Editing: Developed a robust approach for text- and drag-based manipulation in interactive editing.
